All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and exclude GST. millie & mo reserves the right to change prices at anytime without notice.

DELIVERY TIME
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment confirmation. Customers will be contacted by millie & mo if there will be any delays.
Delivery in Australia is generally 4-14 working days. International orders will take longer.

DELIVERY METHOD AND CHARGES
All items will be delivered via Australia Post. Charges are automatically calculated once a delivery postcode has been entered in the shopping basket. Express delivery is available on most items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
millie & mo is happy to deliver worldwide. Please contact us for delivery quote.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All care has been taken to ensure our products are packed and sent securely to arrive safely at their destination via Australia Post.

millie & mo will provide a repair, exchange or a refund to the value of the product/s purchased (excluding the postage and handling fee) on items should they be faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown or not do what it is supposed to; provided you have the receipt and items are returned within a reasonable time.

Please choose carefully as millie & mo does not exchange or refund if you change your mind.

millie & mo will not exchange or refund if recipients of products do not follow care instructions on all items.

WARNINGS
Please note that all products available on the millie & mo website are not toys. All care has been taken to ensure buttons, ribbons, and materials used are secured well however, care must be taken around infants, toddlers and children.

STOCK
All items (excluding the sale of fabrics) available for sale on the millie & mo website are home made or hand printed. We are constantly making, ordering or printing new items, if there is an item that you have previously seen and has now been sold or out of stock, please contact us and we will let you know within a reasonable time if it will be available.

GIFT VOUCHERS
millie & mo Gift Vouchers are for use on the millie & mo website only. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the issue date. Gift voucher recipients can redeem their vouchers by entering the promotional code supplied when prompted at checkout. millie & mo Gift Vouchers are only redeemable on products, not on postage and handling charges.
